If you are having issues with sound on the iPad,  please try these fixes before contacting us...

1) Make sure the volume is up on the iPad

2) Make sure the mute is off, swipe up from bottom of the screen, toggle mute button on/off

3) Close all other apps by tapping home button twice and swiping the open apps up to close them

4) If all the above do not work, try turning iPad all the way off and then turn it on again

One of these solutions will usually fix it.
